It consist of a quality OSB3 decking board applied to the existing roof frame on top of which layers of resin are applied to reinforced matting, a further top coat resin application is applied to finish off and give a totally waterproof sealing to the roof which, is guaranteed to last a minimum of 20 years but often last a lot longer. Felt flat roofs consist of layers of sheet felt material and can be applied using a simple torch on method or applied using a hot bitumen. Felt is bonded by the bitumen after melting and resetting making it ideal for small and medium sized roofs. We can install and apply traditional built up felt systems using modern membranes and the best felt materials available on the market today.
